To prevent moisture in collecting sample gas in stack, this device filtrates dust through the first and second filter in the heating status of 180°C by band heater, and then conveys to analyzer through pre-treatment system

How to select the position of measuring hole in sample collection
Select the measurement position at the place of stable flow of exhaust gas and of easy and safe measuring, avoiding bent section of stack or the part of cross section shape is sharply changing.

For vertical stack, select the position of measuring hole at the place of 8 times and over of stack inside diameter, upward from the end of the lower part, of 2 times and over of stack inside diameter, downward from the end of the upper part, in principle.

If the installation of measurement hole appropriate to the above 2) is difficult, inconvenient in measuring, or safety problem may be caused, the position of measurement hole may be selected at the place of 2 times and over of the lower stack inside diameter and of 1/2 and over of upper stack inside diameter. However, in case that measurement hole is installed at horizontal stack unavoidably due to difficulty in installing the measurement hole at vertical stack, measurement can be made at the horizontal stack also but the place should meet the standard of selecting measurement position of vertical stack.

The First FILTER
A. The Part, as Teflon filter, to remove dust ingredients 0.3um and below, which is contained in sample gas before being flowed in sample line for the first time.

The Second FILTER
A. The part, as Teflon filtering paper, to remove dust ingredients 0.3um and below, which is contained in sample gas before being flowed in sample line for the second time.

BAND HEATER
A. Control sensor for temperature maintenance to maintain sample gas temperature at high temp(180°C and above)
B. MEASURING RANGE : 150~180°C
C. MATERIAL : STS316

TEMPERATURE SENSOR
A. Control sensor for temperature maintenance to maintain sample gas temperature at high temp(180°C and above)
