Pre-treatment Device
It plays an important role in removing moisture and dust in pre-treatment process before inflow by the analyzer, to measure concentration of gas discharged from chimney by the analyzer.

Composition of Pre-treatment Device

Normal Temp Dehumidifier
1. The device to remove moisture first time at sampling(heating) line(tube)O by cooling dry air through vortex tueb.

MIST FILTER
1. The device to absorb sample gas flowed in through sample line and remove remaining dust and mist.

-HOUSING COVER : PVC

SAMPLE PUMP
1. The device to absorb sample gas compulsively and convey it to analyzer.
2. MATERIAL : DIAPHARM

ELECTRIC DEHUMIDIFIER (patented producct)
1. The device to congeal moisture by sharply freezing at +2~+6 through Feltier element in the inside and remove the congealed moisture
2. PIPE MATERIAL : STS316
3. DEHUMIDIFIER FLOW : 1~7L/min
4. Feature : Good dehumidifying effect due to the manufacturing of small size and high efficiency.

AIR FILTER
1. The device to remove fine dust and mist that may be generated from sample gas passed through electric dehumidifier, applying in accordance with sample gas condition.

FINE DUST FILTER
1. The device to remove fine dust 0.1um and below and mist finally, which are contained in sample gas at the flow front end of analyz as Teflon filter.

FLOWRATE
1. The device to display and control sample gas flow inputted to analyzer

NOx CONVERTER
1. The device to change NO2 in sample gas to NO, using catalyst of special carbon series

DRAIN PUMP
1. The device to drain congealed (dust contained) moisture and mist, which were congealed at normal temp dehumidifier, mist filter, electric dehumidifier, quickly and compulsively, and to prevent the inflow to analyzer.
